Accessibility Statement
TZOR builds digital products for a living, and we hold our own site to the standard we ask our clients to meet. This page says plainly what we have done, what we know is still imperfect, and how to reach a person if something here blocks you.
1 — The standard we work to
We work toward Israeli Standard 5568 (ת"י 5568), the standard bound by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility), 5773-2013, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
2 — What has been done
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark, labelled navigation regions, and a heading order that follows the page.
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, with a 2px outline and offset — never removed.
- Full keyboard operation — there are no mouse-only controls and no keyboard traps.
- Touch targets of at least 44px on navigation and primary actions.
- Reduced-motion support — all entrance animation and smooth scrolling are disabled when the operating system requests reduced motion.
- Bilingual markup —
langanddirare set correctly for Hebrew and English, so screen readers pronounce each language properly. - Text contrast reviewed on 18 October 2026. Every text-on-background pair in use was computed; the one pair that fell below 4.5:1 was corrected on that date.
- Form fields carry explicit labels, validation errors are announced through a live region, and errors identify the field they belong to.
3 — Known limitations
Stated so you know before you hit them, not after:
- No independent audit has been carried out. Everything above was verified by us, in-house.
- Resolved 18 October 2026 — kept here as a record. A floating navigation bar on small screens used to sit above the page content and overlap text while scrolling. It was measured against the content it covered, failed, and was removed rather than adjusted; navigation now lives in the bar at the top of the page, which never covers anything.
- No screen-reader testing with real assistive-technology users has been performed on this site.
- Pages linked from here to external sites (client projects, the App Store) are not under our control and may have their own accessibility levels.
4 — Found a barrier? Tell us
If something on this site stopped you from doing what you came to do, we want the specific detail — which page, what you were trying to do, what device or assistive technology you were using. That is what lets us actually fix it rather than guess.

ב-TZOR אנחנו בונים מוצרים דיגיטליים, ואנחנו מחזיקים את האתר שלנו באותו סטנדרט שאנחנו מבקשים מהלקוחות שלנו לעמוד בו. בעמוד הזה כתוב בפשטות מה עשינו, מה עדיין לא מושלם, ואיך להגיע לבן אדם אם משהו כאן חוסם אתכם.
1 — התקן שאנחנו עובדים לפיו
אנחנו עובדים לעבר תקן ישראלי 5568, התקן שאליו מפנות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, והמבוסס על WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA.
2 — מה כבר נעשה
- מבנה HTML סמנטי עם אזור תוכן ראשי אחד, אזורי ניווט מתויגים, וסדר כותרות שעוקב אחרי העמוד.
- קישור דילוג לתוכן כאלמנט הראשון שמקבל פוקוס.
- סימון פוקוס נראה לעין על כל רכיב אינטראקטיבי — קו מתאר של 2 פיקסלים עם ריווח, שלא הוסר באף מקום.
- הפעלה מלאה במקלדת — אין פקדים שדורשים עכבר ואין מלכודות מקלדת.
- שטחי מגע של 44 פיקסלים לפחות בניווט ובפעולות העיקריות.
- תמיכה בהפחתת תנועה — כל אנימציות הכניסה והגלילה הרכה מבוטלות כשמערכת ההפעלה מבקשת זאת.
- סימון דו-לשוני — מאפייני
langו-dirמוגדרים נכון לעברית ולאנגלית, כך שקוראי מסך הוגים כל שפה כראוי. - ניגודיות הטקסט נבדקה ב-18 באוקטובר 2026. כל צמד של טקסט על רקע שבשימוש חושב; הצמד היחיד שירד מתחת ליחס 4.5:1 תוקן באותו יום.
- לשדות הטופס יש תוויות מפורשות, שגיאות אימות מוכרזות דרך אזור חי, וכל שגיאה מזהה את השדה שאליו היא שייכת.
3 — מגבלות ידועות
כתובות כאן כדי שתדעו לפני שתיתקלו בהן, לא אחרי:
- לא בוצעה ביקורת חיצונית בלתי תלויה. כל מה שלמעלה נבדק על ידינו, פנימית.
- טופל ב-18 באוקטובר 2026 — נשאר כאן לתיעוד. במסכים קטנים היה סרגל ניווט צף שישב מעל תוכן העמוד וכיסה טקסט בזמן גלילה. הוא נמדד מול התוכן שכיסה, נכשל, והוסר במקום שיותאם; הניווט נמצא עכשיו בסרגל שבראש העמוד, שלא מכסה שום דבר.
- לא בוצעו בדיקות עם משתמשי טכנולוגיה מסייעת באתר הזה.
- עמודים שמקושרים מכאן לאתרים חיצוניים (פרויקטים של לקוחות, ה-App Store) אינם בשליטתנו ועשויות להיות להם רמות נגישות משלהם.
4 — נתקלתם בחסם? ספרו לנו
