Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of every product made by TZOR Strength & Movement Ltd — including OnTrack Timers, OnTrack Hub, TheDiceRoller, the website at tzorsm.com, and any future TZOR apps or services. By using a TZOR product, you agree to these terms.
1 — Who we are
TZOR Strength & Movement Ltd is an Israeli company ("TZOR", "we", "us"). Contact: info@tzorsm.com.
2 — Your license to use our products
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TZOR products for your own private use, subject to these terms. You don't get any ownership rights — we keep all intellectual property in the products, their content, and their brand.
3 — Accounts
Some products (currently OnTrack Hub) require an account. When you create one:
- Use accurate information
- Keep your password confidential
- You're responsible for everything done through your account
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
Standalone apps like OnTrack Timers and TheDiceRoller don't require an account at all.
4 — Subscriptions and billing
Some TZOR products offer paid features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. The rules:
- iOS subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel
- You cancel by managing your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, not through us
- Prices are shown at the point of purchase in your local currency
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — request them at reportaproblem.apple.com
- OnTrack Hub's gym memberships are billed directly through PayPlus — those terms are surfaced inside the product when you sign up
5 — Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
- Use our products for any unlawful purpose
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our products without a written agreement
- Bypass paywalls, signing checks, or other technical protections
- Use our products to harm, harass, or impersonate others
- Send automated traffic to our services in a way that disrupts them
- Upload content that infringes anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy
6 — Your content
Anything you create inside our products — workout recordings, training history, profile data, photos — is yours. You keep ownership.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely so we can provide the product to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account. We don't use your content to train AI models and we don't share it with third parties beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
7 — Important disclaimers
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The products will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The products will meet your specific requirements
- Any data, content, or results will be accurate or reliable
8 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TZOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangibles — arising from your use of our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by Israeli consumer protection law.
9 — Third-party services
Our products integrate with third-party services (Apple, Apple Music, RevenueCat, PayPlus, Supabase). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
10 — Termination
You may stop using our products and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or use it in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Sections that should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — will continue to apply.
11 — Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our products or the law changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we'll notify you inside the relevant product and on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the product.
12 — Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel.

תנאים אלה חלים על השימוש שלך בכל מוצר של צור כוח ותנועה בע״מ — כולל OnTrack Timers, OnTrack Hub, TheDiceRoller, האתר ב־tzorsm.com, וכל אפליקציה או שירות עתידי של TZOR. שימוש במוצר של TZOR משמעו הסכמה לתנאים אלה.
1 — מי אנחנו

2 — הרישיון שלך לשימוש במוצרים
אנחנו מעניקים לך רישיון אישי, לא בלעדי, לא ניתן להעברה והניתן לביטול, לשימוש במוצרי TZOR לשימוש פרטי, בכפוף לתנאים אלה. אינך מקבל זכויות בעלות כלשהן — אנחנו שומרים על כל הקניין הרוחני במוצרים, בתוכן ובמותג.
3 — חשבונות
חלק מהמוצרים (כיום OnTrack Hub) דורשים חשבון. בעת יצירתו:
- השתמש במידע מדויק
- שמור על סיסמתך בסודיות
- אתה אחראי לכל פעולה שמתבצעת דרך חשבונך
- הודע לנו מיידית אם יש חשד לגישה לא מורשית
אפליקציות עצמאיות כמו OnTrack Timers ו־TheDiceRoller אינן דורשות חשבון כלל.
4 — מנויים וחיוב
חלק ממוצרי TZOR מציעים פיצ׳רים בתשלום דרך רכישות בתוך האפליקציה או מנויים. הכללים:
- מנויי iOS מחויבים דרך Apple App Store תחת תנאי Apple
- מנויים מתחדשים אוטומטית בסוף כל תקופת חיוב אלא אם תבטל
- ביטול נעשה דרך iOS הגדרות → Apple ID → מנויים, ולא דרכנו
- מחירים מוצגים בעת הרכישה במטבע המקומי שלך
- החזרים על רכישות App Store מטופלים על ידי Apple — בקש אותם ב־reportaproblem.apple.com
- מנויי הכושר של OnTrack Hub מחויבים ישירות דרך PayPlus — תנאים אלה מוצגים בתוך המוצר בעת ההרשמה
5 — שימוש קביל
אתה מסכים לא:
- להנדס לאחור, לפענח או לחלץ את קוד המקור שלנו
- להשתמש במוצרים שלנו למטרה לא חוקית
- למכור מחדש, להעניק רישיון משנה או לנצל מסחרית את המוצרים ללא הסכם בכתב
- לעקוף תשלומים, בדיקות חתימה או הגנות טכניות אחרות
- להשתמש במוצרים שלנו כדי לפגוע, להטריד או להתחזות לאחרים
- לשלוח תעבורה אוטומטית לשירותים שלנו באופן שמשבש אותם
- להעלות תוכן הפוגע בזכויות של מישהו, כולל קניין רוחני ופרטיות
6 — התוכן שלך
כל דבר שאתה יוצר בתוך המוצרים שלנו — הקלטות אימון, היסטוריית אימונים, נתוני פרופיל, תמונות — הוא שלך. אתה שומר על הבעלות.
אתה מעניק לנו רישיון מוגבל לאחסן, לעבד ולהציג את התוכן שלך אך ורק כדי שנוכל לספק לך את המוצר. רישיון זה מסתיים כאשר אתה מוחק את התוכן או את החשבון. אנחנו לא משתמשים בתוכן שלך לאימון מודלי AI ולא משתפים אותו עם צדדים שלישיים מעבר למתואר במדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.
7 — הצהרות חשובות
המוצרים שלנו מסופקים "כמות שהם" ו"כפי שזמינים" ללא אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת. אנחנו לא מבטיחים ש:
- המוצרים יהיו רציפים, מאובטחים או נטולי שגיאות
- המוצרים יענו על דרישותיך הספציפיות
- נתונים, תוכן או תוצאות יהיו מדויקים או אמינים
8 — הגבלת אחריות
במידה המקסימלית המותרת בחוק, TZOR אינה אחראית לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים, מיוחדים, תוצאתיים או עונשיים — כולל אובדן רווחים, מידע, מוניטין או נכסים בלתי מוחשיים אחרים — הנובעים משימושך במוצרים שלנו.
סך האחריות שלנו כלפיך בכל תביעה מוגבל לגדול מבין: (א) הסכום ששילמת לנו ב־12 החודשים שקדמו לתביעה, או (ב) 100 דולר ארה״ב. מגבלות אלה אינן חלות כאשר חוק הגנת הצרכן הישראלי אוסר זאת.
9 — שירותי צד שלישי
המוצרים שלנו משולבים עם שירותי צד שלישי (Apple, Apple Music, RevenueCat, PayPlus, Supabase). השימוש שלך בשירותים אלה כפוף לתנאים ומדיניות הפרטיות שלהם. אנחנו לא אחראים לתוכן, לזמינות או לפרקטיקות שלהם.
10 — סיום
אתה רשאי להפסיק להשתמש במוצרים שלנו ולמחוק את חשבונך בכל עת. אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים את גישתך אם תפר תנאים אלה, תנצל לרעה את השירות, או תשתמש בו באופן שמסכן אותנו או משתמשים אחרים. סעיפים שאמורים לשרוד את הסיום — קניין רוחני, הצהרות, מגבלות אחריות, דין חל — ימשיכו לחול.
11 — שינויים בתנאים
אנחנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה כאשר המוצרים שלנו או החוק משתנים. תאריך "עודכן לאחרונה" למעלה משקף את העדכון האחרון. לשינויים מהותיים, נודיע לך בתוך המוצר הרלוונטי ובדף זה. שימוש מתמשך לאחר שינוי משמעו שאתה מקבל את התנאים המעודכנים. אם אינך מקבל אותם, הפסק להשתמש במוצר.
12 — דין חל וסכסוכים
תנאים אלה כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל, ללא התייחסות לעקרונות ברירת הדין. כל סכסוך שלא ניתן לפתור בשיחה בתום לב יובא בלעדית בפני בתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב–יפו, ישראל.
